When you love reading and do it on a regular basis it is in my opinion a brilliant idea to use essential oils on the pages of your book. Before sleep you can use some lavender and ylang-ylang or for studying take some rosemary, vetiver or peppermint to stay alert. Put 1-2 drops on the pages where you read and inhale the aroma while concentrating on your task or for relaxation.
